Spectacular! Jeff found our dream waterfront cottage AND facilitated a loan with a Lender, though he stated that I had the worst debt-to-income ration of any client he ever had! He explained the SEVEN tactics he executed, to complete a strategy that allowed us to WIN the OFFER and complete a lifelong dream, against a CASH OFFER. WOW! We feel so lucky to have had Jeff as our realtor during our first home buying experience. Jeff is excellent! He is very dedicated to his work and quick to reply to emails and texts. Jeff is one of the nicest, most reliable, honest, caring and genuine person I have ever met and had the pleasure to work with. When he says he'll do something, he does it, and with expediency! I never had to wait on Jeff. And his communication is stellar! Not only does he return texts and calls immediately, his choice of words is crystal clear. Working with him selling my house was very educational and yet very smooth, which is saying a lot, since I vacationed out of the country during the last part of the sale. But that didn't deter Jeff! He made accommodations for me not only with the time difference, but in working with the buyers agents and the buyers themselves, explaining things about my house for me when I was not there to do so myself. He took any stress from the house sale right out of my vacation the best that he could, which was almost 100%! (The other percentage no one but God could have removed!) I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend Jeff for anything realtor related, from just simple questions to remote house sales! He's AWESOME!
