We feel so lucky to have had Jeff as our realtor during our first home buying experience. Jeff is excellent! He is very dedicated to his work and quick to reply to emails and texts. He is very knowledgeable about the market and gives great advice. Jeff is one of the nicest, most reliable, honest, caring and genuine person I have ever met and had the pleasure to work with. When he says he'll do something, he does it, and with expediency! I never had to wait on Jeff. And his communication is stellar! Not only does he return texts and calls immediately, his choice of words is crystal clear. Working with him selling my house was very educational and yet very smooth, which is saying a lot, since I vacationed out of the country during the last part of the sale. But that didn't deter Jeff! He made accommodations for me not only with the time difference, but in working with the buyers agents and the buyers themselves, explaining things about my house for me when I was not there to do so myself. He took any stress from the house sale right out of my vacation the best that he could, which was almost 100%! (The other percentage no one but God could have removed!) I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend Jeff for anything realtor related, from just simple questions to remote house sales! He's AWESOME!

Jeff as always went well above and beyond here to help get things ready for sale. While I was out of the country, Jeff got the place clean up and repaired or coordinated repairs on my behalf. To say this was a difficult task is an understatement. This house would have sold for a huge loss if not for Jeffs dedication to the client.
